I have wire wrapped a large baroque freshwater pearl into a pendant with a sterling silver flower shaped cap.  The pearls is approximately 8x9mm. Pendant is on a 16 inch (40.5cm) silver grey colored thin (1mm) satin cord with a silver plated spring ring clasp.
