Order Info

Very Important! When placing an order, please do not hit the "back" button while the payment page is processing. If you do, your order will come through without payment and may be delayed while I e-mail you a PayPal invoice.

If you have forgotten to put in your gift certificate code or promotion code in the PROMOTION CODE box I can easily refund the discount portion via PayPal--just  Contact Me. 

And don't forget to use the drop down menu on the product page for each item to choose your complimentary packaging option and then use the text box below that to type in any gift message and special instructions for that item.  Thanks!

If redeeming a GIFT CERTIFICATE, please note that my on-line shopping cart has some limitations. You may only use one Discount / Promotion / Gift Certificate code at one time. Gift Certificate credit is not applied to shipping costs in the on-line shopping cart. If only redeeming a portion of your Gift Certificate, the on-line shopping cart will not give you any credit for the un-used portion. To do any of those things, you must Contact Me directly and I will be happy to help you.

Check my home page for announcements about when I might have shipping delays or have my shopping cart turned off temporarily because I have my inventory at a show or jewelry party.

 Payment 

For your safety and convenience, I use PayPal to process orders.  I will never see any of your credit card or bank information.  PayPal will process a credit card payment even if you do not have a PayPal account.  If you are placing a custom order or prefer to pay by certified check or money order, please Contact Me.  I can e-mail a PayPal invoice to you. I do not accept International money orders.

Nevada residents will pay 8.1% sales tax on all orders.

Going Green

I'm making an effort to green up my business. Therefore, for some orders, I have switched to padded mailers with 90% recycled content and which are completely recyclable with your newspaper recycling. Larger orders will be boxed as usual and you may recycle or reuse the boxes.  As my current supplies run low, I will be replacing much of my business paper and packaging supply stock with that with more recycled content.

Jewelry is an item that can be re-purposed.  The raw materials can often be used to make something new and updated.  Do you have pieces in your jewelry box that are no longer usable or desirable?  You may have beaded pieces that are broken or too long or short or require a different clasp. Packaging/Wrapping

With every item/set you order, you will receive your choice of complimentary silver foil box, sheer organza jewelry pouch or gift wrap.  My personal favorite is the sheer organza pouch so that I can see what I have in my jewelry box.  The default setting is for the pouch if you do not choose another option.

Gift wrap is a silver foil box tied with a fabric ribbon (ribbons vary) and a "You are Special" card printed with your sentiments and envelope.  Your wrapped gift can be sent directly to your special someone and the receipt to you.  The gift card can be left blank for you to fill out if you wish as well.  If the gift item will be shipped to you, I will enclose the gift wrapping materials so you can inspect the item(s) when they arrive.  If it will be shipping directly to the recipient, I will be happy to remove prices and wrap it nicely.

All items come packaged in plastic zip bags.  Keep these for items with sterling silver or silver plated findings to help prevent tarnish.

Shipping

All items (except custom) are in stock and ready to ship.  They will be shipped as soon as possible--often by the next day.  You may always contact me to ask about specific ship dates. 

As always, insurance is the responsibility of the buyer and is available at checkout for an additional $1.75 for U.S. customers.  I cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected or shipping damaged items. Small items will be sent in a secure padded mailer and all others securely wrapped and boxed.

For international shipments buyers are responsible for all custom fees, duties and taxes associated with their home country.

Certain countries such as Italy and Poland prohibit importation of jewelry. I cannot ship to those countries. If you live in a country such as the UK or Spain where jewelry imports are restricted and require additional expensive postage, you will have to pay the difference before I will ship your order.

If you are in the North Las Vegas, Nevada or Nellis AFB area and would like to try a piece on or see it in person, I may be able to arrange to meet with you someplace central--contact me to make arrangements.

 Home Jewelry Parties

Host a home jewelry party or and receive credit for free jewelry.  If you would like to host a party to benefit a non-profit group or favorite charity (upon approval), I will donate a percentage of sales instead.  More info on jewelry parties and private showings.

Guarantee/Repair/Return Policies

I want my customers to have a chance to try their jewelry or to give it as a gift before they have to decide whether to return it. Therefore, my return policy is a generous 60 days instead of the normal industry standard of 3-15 days. I like to shop early for holidays and stash away gifts for upcoming birthdays and know you do too and don't like to be hindered by skimpy return policies. Unlike other vendors, I don't mind if you wear the piece a time or two to decide if you truly like it or want a change. I will continue this generous policy as long as abuses do not occur. Please take extra-good care of an item until you are certain you will keep it. No one has disappointed me yet. Thanks!

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, return within 60 days from date of purchase for a full refund of the price of the item, repair or an exchange if you prefer.  Refunds for custom orders will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  Items must be returned in original condition.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in the event that I sent you a defective or incorrect item.   It is best to insure your return as I cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected items.  Obtain return authorization by phone or e-mail before sending so I know to expect your return.  Use conscientious packing procedure.  Enclose the packing slip or your contact information so the refund is properly credited to you. 

Please, do not hesitate to contact me if you have a question. Your satisfaction is very important to me.  

If you have had an item break, I will do repairs if possible.  If the 60 day return period is up, I will determine if there is a charge depending on circumstances and you must pay postage both ways.  I work hard to make jewelry that is meant to last.

 Everything Else

I work with natural materials which may have inherent flaws.  I do my best to describe and photograph items accurately. 

My lovely models are all friends, family members or customers whom I have photographed in natural light to show you just how real women look wearing my jewelry.

I use classic stringing techniques.  Stringing materials will stretch over time.  Therefore, I knot everything just a little "tight."  After a few uses items will relax and hang beautifully.

My designs are hand-crafted and packaged in my smoke and pet free studio.

I'm the sole proprietor and work alone on my designs and website.  New items appear and changes occur on my website weekly, if not daily, so keep checking back.  If I'm going to be away for a while I will post a notice prominently on my home page. I may turn off my website shopping cart from time to time while I am conducting a home jewelry party or participating in a craft fair. I will give prior notice on my home page.
